Improvement, Quality/Business Management Systems, and president
of EG International since 1985.
Accomplishments
- Mentored by Dr. W. Edwards Deming, Masaaki Imai,
renowned authorities on Quality, KAIZAN and Continuous
Improvement and Yoshiki Iwata (Shingijutsu), expert in the
Toyota Global Production System (called Lean in the US)
- Studied, observed, and participated in the implementation of
Total Quality Management and KAIZEN/Continuous Improvement
practices in Japanese manufacturing (Toyota) and service
organizations
- Achieved typical process improvement results of over
$5mm+/year, Customer satisfaction improved in key areas, Cycle

Ms. Vance brings over twenty five years of work experience, the past ten
years in Continuous Improvement. Ms. Vance's core strength is
anchored in her street smart, hands on and practical approach to
Continuous Improvement that produces results.
