GAP/Baseline Assessment
As a basis for our GAP/Baseline Assessment, we use a powerful,
proven methodology and validated framework that include globally
recognized benchmark performance criteria to assess your
organization.
The assessment process addresses 7 key business categories:
Organizational driver triad (Leadership, Strategic Planning, and
Customer Focus), Fact based decision making (Measurement,
Analysis, and Knowledge), Core alignment (Workforce Focus,
Process Management) and Results.
The output and end product of the assessment is a written
feedback report addressing organizational strengths,
opportunities for improvement and recommendations that provide a
pathway to drive continuous improvement, organizational change
and improve overall performance.
Total Productive Maintenance
(TPM)
Total Productive (TPM) is a cultural change philosophy based on
zero losses due to equipment downtime. It is the
organizational concerned with providing a continuous and overall
improvement in equipment effectiveness through the active
involvement and participation of all employees.
Our proactive, organization wide strategy focuses on the
improvement of capacity, available time and product value and
the decrease of machinery, equipment downtime, defects and
safety risks. This results in improving the average Overall
Equipment Effectiveness, typically 60% to greater than 85%.
Lab Certification
ISO 17025 is the international standard for calibration and
testing laboratories. Many of the industries that the packaged
gas industry serves, including the, medical, automotive,
universities and aerospace markets require it.
